{"id":671,"date":"2024-11-04T18:15:12","date_gmt":"2024-11-04T23:15:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/umarc.eecs.umich.edu\/?page_id=671"},"modified":"2025-01-20T17:08:23","modified_gmt":"2025-01-20T22:08:23","slug":"monetary","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/umarc.eecs.umich.edu\/index.php\/monetary\/","title":{"rendered":"Monetary Donations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The U-M Amateur Radio Club can now accept monetary donations online.<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>In response to club supporters asking for a more convenient method to donate to the club, the online giving portal may now be used for donations.&nbsp; Your donations are very sincerely appreciated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the club only accepts donations.&nbsp; The Michigan Online Giving server cannot be used for dues payments or any other purpose.&nbsp; The club does not charge membership dues.&nbsp; Please understand that all payments made here are considered gifts to the club, and please do not indicate &#8220;dues&#8221; in the comments on your donation form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To donate online via credit card:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the <a href=\"https:\/\/leadersandbest.umich.edu\/find\/#!\/give\/basket\/fund\/936186\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this link<\/a> and a new window will open from a Michigan Online Giving secure server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your preferred donation amount; for example, $20.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please do not make any reference to &#8220;dues&#8221; on the gift form comments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you have completed the online donation process, you will immediately receive an e-mail acknowledgement from the University of Michigan.
