This RME-69 is original to the Club dating back to around 1935. It is unknown how the Club came into possession of this receiver. It is possible that the radio was donated by Professor Everett “Lloyd” Kelly, past-chair Department of Psychology and founder of the Huron Valley Amateur Radio Association. The second possibility is this radio belonged to Professor John Kraus, past club treasurer of W8AXZ and antenna theory and designer.
